DDCA has announced the squad for the first two matches of Vijay Hazare Trophy. DDCA told that Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant will be part of the team, both of them confirmed their availability. The meeting of the Senior Men Selection Committee was held on 19 December 2025 at 2:30 pm in the DDCA office. The committee finalized the Delhi Senior Men’s team for the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
DDCA said that Rishabh Pant, Virat Kohli, Ishant Sharma, and Navdeep Saini have confirmed their availability and will be part of the team. Rishabh Pant has been made the captain of the team. Harshit Rana will join the team if available.
DDCA has announced the squad for its first 2 matches of the tournament. Ayush Badoni is the vice-captain. In the first two matches, youth have been given a chance in place of experienced players. Let us tell you that Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-2026 is going to be organized from 24th December. Delhi’s first match is with Andhra Pradesh on 24th. The second match of Delhi cricket team is against Gujarat on 26 December.

Kohli had scored 302 runs in 3 matches, scoring 2 centuries and 1 half-century.
