‘Lies are being spread about the organization’
Addressing an event in Kolkata, Mohan Bhagwat said that some sections feared that the growth of the Sangh would pose a threat to their vested interests, due to which lies were being spread about the organisation. He further said that although many people are familiar with the name of RSS, they are often unaware of its functions at the grassroots level, resulting in widespread misunderstandings. “There are people who spread falsehoods and outright lies about the Sangh,” he said.
‘The organization does not try to impose its ideology’
Sangh chief Bhagwat stressed that the organization does not try to impose its ideology and individuals have complete freedom to form their own opinion about the RSS. However, he also stressed that such opinions should be based on verified facts rather than speculations or hearsay.
Talking about RSS, Mohan Bhagwat said that we do not want to force anyone to accept the Sangh. People have complete freedom to form their own opinions, but their opinions must be based on facts, not imagination or secondary sources.
