Tamil Nadu News: The incident of stoning of two youths in Tiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu has shaken the entire state. PMK President Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss has given a strong reaction on this matter and has directly held the DMK government responsible.
The controversy started when four youths were riding a bike at high speed under the influence of ganja in Ondikkuppam area of ​​Vengathur Panchayat of Tiruvallur. Local youths Parthiban, Sukumar and Keshavmurthy asked him why he was riding the bike so fast and whether he was drunk. All four drunk youths got angry at such a simple thing. They attacked the three youths and beat them badly with stones. In this attack, Parthiban and Sukumar died on the spot, while Keshavmurthy is seriously injured and admitted in the hospital.
Ganja is being sold openly in Tamil Nadu – Ramdas alleges
Anbumani Ramdas said that the real reason for this incident is the increasing intoxication of ganja and its easy availability across the state. According to him, Tiruvallur district has become the ganja gateway to Tamil Nadu. Recently, drunk youths attacked a passenger at Tiruthani railway station also. The sale of drugs and ganja has increased without any stop under the rule of DMK government.
Ramdas alleged that drug sellers have the protection of ruling party leaders, due to which the police do not take strict action. Ramdas demanded from the state government that a compensation of Rs 50 lakh each should be given to the families of the deceased. Seriously injured Keshavamurthy should be given best treatment and assistance amount of Rs 10 lakh. The accused should be given strict punishment. The trade of ganja and other drugs should be completely eliminated in entire Tamil Nadu.
DMK government should take responsibility
In the end, Anbumani Ramadoss said that this double murder has happened due to the government’s failure to stop drug abuse and the state government should take political and administrative responsibility for it.
