These companies look at the reliability of a technology for years and then include it in their devices. Apart from this, a large amount of material is required to make batteries of these companies. Therefore, they also ensure the source of material and its reliable supply. This is the reason why till now we are not seeing big battery packs of other companies in the expensive phones of Google, Samsung or Apple.
