Now CBI has entered the case of engineer’s death in Noida. The investigating agency will investigate the role of MJ Visiontown builder in the Sports City allotment. CBI took with itself the file related to MJ Vijaytown from Noida Authority on the night of 21 January. A part of the Sports City plot was sold to MJ Vij Town. Noida Police has registered two FIRs in this case and three people have been arrested.

The deep ditch in Noida Sector-150 in which engineer Yuvraj Mehta died by drowning in water is A-3 plot of Sports City Plot No. 2. The approval for subdivision of Plot No. 2 was given by the authority officials. The land use of 27,185 square meters of land is shown as commercial in the layout. Noida Authority owes approximately Rs 129 crore to Vijaytown.

Yuvraj Mehta, who works in Gurugram, was returning home on the night of January 16, when his car fell into a deep pit filled with water near a construction site in Sector-150.
