Gill has played a total of 35 matches in all three formats this year, in which he has 1764 runs in his name. Gill is also the highest run scorer in the world this year. This year Gill has scored 983 runs in Test, 490 runs in ODI and 291 runs in T20.

KL Rahul is in second place in terms of scoring the most international runs for India in 2025, with 1180 runs scored in 24 matches this year. Yashasvi Jaiswal is at number-3 in this list, who has scored 916 runs while playing 14 international matches this year. T20 team captain Suryakumar Yadav has proved to be a flop this year, hence his name is not included in this list by any means. Ravindra Jadeja has scored 870 runs this year.
