Delhi weather
The weather is going to clear in Delhi NCR from Tuesday. There may be light sunshine during this period. Apart from this, winds can blow at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour to 25 kilometers per hour. This forecast has been issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD). According to IMD, there will not be much drop in the maximum and minimum temperatures from December 23 to December 26, but on December 27-28, the maximum temperature will reach 19 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 6 degrees Celsius.
Extreme cold day alert in UP
There is dense fog and extreme cold day alert in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, visibility can remain up to 50 meters. There will be severe cold in Prayagraj, Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Sant Ravi Das Nagar, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Sultanpur and Ambedkar Nagar today. An alert of dense fog and extreme cold day has been issued in these districts.
Visibility can be up to 50 meters
According to the Meteorological Department, due to dense fog in Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Fatehgarh, Lucknow, Fursatganj, Banda, Kushinagar, Azamgarh, Churk, Varanasi, Kanpur, Kannauj and Bahraich, visibility can remain up to 50 meters on Tuesday. In such a situation, people living in these areas and those passing through here have been asked to drive carefully. The day temperature in Lucknow today is likely to be around 23 degrees Celsius and the night temperature is likely to be around 12 degrees.

Cold wave will be seen in most of the districts including Bihar’s capital Patna due to strong westerly winds. Dangerous cold wave will prevail in some places of Gaya, Arwal, Nalanda and Jehanabad districts today. Apart from this, there is a possibility of dense fog in Sitamarhi and Shivhar.
