The indices oscillated between gains and losses by wide margins amid concerns over US President Donald Trump’s announcement of additional tariffs on South Korea and new expectations regarding the India-EU trade deal. At market close, Sensex was up 319.78 points or 0.39 per cent at 81,857.48 and Nifty was up 126.75 points or 0.51 per cent at 25,175.40. In intraday trade, about 1530 shares advanced, 2407 shares declined, while 159 shares remained unchanged.
