Apollo Hospitals Demerger Update: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise on Wednesday, December 24 said it has received approval from the National Stock Exchange for the demerger of its companies. The company has said in an exchange filing that ‘NOC’ i.e. No Objection Certificate has been received for the scheme of arrangement between Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited (Demerged Company), Apollo Healthco Limited (Transferor Company 1), Keymed Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) and Apollo Healthtech Limited (Resultant Company).
