The weather changed again, possibility of rain amid increasing cold, IMD issued alert, know the country’s weather update.

The weather seems to be changing once again in North India. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), two western disturbances will be active today between January 31 and February 3. Due to this, there may be light to moderate rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh on February 1.

There is a possibility of light rain in the plains of north-west and central India. Hailstorm may be seen in some parts of Rajasthan today. In the next few weeks, the temperature in North-West India is likely to rise by 3-5 degrees Celsius and then fall by 2-4 degrees Celsius. The temperature in Maharashtra may increase by 2-3 degrees Celsius in the next two days.

Delhi weather
The weather in Delhi this morning will be cold with partly cloudy sky. There is a possibility of light fog in the morning. The weather will be a little clear in the afternoon, but there may be rain with thunder and strong winds in the evening and night. The maximum temperature in Delhi will be between 20-22 degrees Celsius and the minimum will be between 06-08 degrees Celsius.

Changing weather in UP
Changes are being seen in the weather of UP. Sometimes it rains and sometimes fog is a problem. According to the Meteorological Department, movement of dark clouds will be seen in different districts of the state from February 1. There will be no significant change in the maximum temperature in the next 2 days. After that there will be a slight increase gradually.

According to the information received from Lucknow Meteorological Center, the weather will be normal in Western UP on January 31. Fog with visibility of 100 to 500 meters will be seen in many districts of Eastern UP today. Apart from this, on February 1, winds will blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour in many cities of western UP. The sky will be cloudy on 2 February.

Where will there be fog?
According to the Meteorological Department, today fog will be seen in Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti and Bahraich and surrounding districts. Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar, Sambhal, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bahraich, Badaun, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Ayodhya, Mathura, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gonda, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, Unnao, Amethi, Rae Bareli, Jhansi, Mahoba, Kanpur, The sky will be clear in Banda and Chitrakoot.

The weather has remained dry in Bihar during the last 24 hours. The highest temperature of 26.6 degrees Celsius was recorded in Supaul. According to the Meteorological Department, during the last 24 hours, a drop of 2 to 3 degrees was recorded in the maximum temperature of the western and south central parts of the state, while no significant change was recorded in the maximum temperature of the remaining parts. The lowest temperature of 10.0 degrees Celsius has been recorded in Sabour of Bhagalpur.
