Due to these important triggers, sharp fluctuations can be seen in about 21 stocks in the market.
Aarti Industries has shown strong performance in the third quarter. The company’s net profit increased from Rs 46 crore to Rs 133 crore on an annual basis. During this period, total income increased by 26 percent to Rs 2,319 crore. At the operating level, EBITDA grew by 38.8 per cent to Rs 322 crore, improving EBITDA margin to 13.9 per cent from 12.6 per cent.

Q3 results of Tata Group’s Tata Chemicals remained under pressure. The company’s loss increased to Rs 93 crore, which was Rs 53 crore in the same quarter last year. There was also a slight decline in revenue from Rs 3,590 crore to Rs 3,550 crore. Weakness was seen in both EBITDA and margin.
Net profit of Indus Towers declined by 55.6 percent year-on-year to Rs 1,776 crore. It was Rs 4,003 crore in the same quarter last year. However, the company’s income increased by 7.9 percent to Rs 8,146.3 crore. EBITDA declined by 35.6 percent, due to which the margin came down from 92.7 percent to 55.3 percent.
Paradeep Phosphates’ net profit declined by 13 percent year-on-year to Rs 182 crore. Revenue grew 15 per cent to Rs 5,748 crore due to strong fertilizer demand. EBITDA grew by 7.7 percent, but margins declined from 8.8 percent to 8.2 percent due to increased costs.
Thermax reported strong December quarter results. The company’s net profit jumped 80 percent to Rs 205 crore, which was much better than market expectations. Revenue grew 4.2 percent to Rs 2,634 crore, although it was slightly below estimates.
RailTel Corporation of India Ltd
RailTel’s net profit declined by 4 percent on annual basis to Rs 62.4 crore. Despite this, operational performance remained strong. The company’s revenue increased by 19 percent to Rs 913.4 crore and EBITDA increased by 10 percent to Rs 133 crore.
PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, performed strongly in Q3. Net profit increased from Rs 71 crore to Rs 189 crore. There was a growth of 37 percent in revenue and it stood at Rs 1,771 crore. PAT margin also increased from 6 percent to 11 percent. The company’s board will consider raising funds through QIP on February 5.
PG Electroplast’s net profit rose 50 per cent to Rs 60.3 crore in the third quarter. There was a sharp increase of 45.9 percent in revenue and it reached Rs 1,412 crore. EBITDA grew by 37.4 per cent to Rs 117 crore, while margins declined to 8.3 per cent. Subsidiary PG Technoplast reported revenue of Rs 1,067 crore in the quarter.
Adani Ports said that in the month of January, the company handled 44.8 million tonnes of cargo, which shows an increase of 12 percent on an annual basis.
PI Opportunities Fund will invest in Bharat Forge’s subsidiary JS Auto. The fund will buy 23 per cent stake by investing Rs 300 crore. This deal is considered strategically important for the company.
City Union Bank has presented strong results on quarterly basis. The bank’s profit increased to Rs 332 crore, which was Rs 286 crore last year. NII increased from Rs 587.7 crore to Rs 752 crore. Improvement was recorded in both gross and net NPA.
Lupine has launched cancer drug Dasatinib in the US. The annual volume of this drug in the US market is around $93 million, which is expected to strengthen the company’s US business.
IRB Infra has completed the process of project transfer to IRB InvIT Fund. Under this transaction, the company is likely to get about Rs 513 crore as equity investment.
Government company GAIL is planning to start about 85 new CNG stations in the next two years. Apart from this, the company will also bid for new petroleum and petro product pipeline. Gas transmission volumes are estimated at 124–125 mscmd in FY26 and 134–135 mscmd in FY27.
Bajaj Housing Finance’s Q3 results were strong. The company’s profit increased from Rs 548 crore to Rs 665 crore. NII increased from Rs 810 crore to Rs 964 crore, while asset quality also improved.
EV scooter maker Ather Energy has made a big reduction in losses. The company’s loss reduced from Rs 197.6 crore to Rs 83.6 crore. Revenue increased from Rs 635 crore to Rs 953.6 crore, while EBITDA loss also narrowed.
Unichem Labs’ Kolhapur unit has received 5 observations from the US FDA. According to the company, the unit was inspected between January 27 and February 2.
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank’s loss widened to Rs 375 crore from Rs 168 crore last year. NII reduced to Rs 348 crore. However, there has been improvement in gross and net NPA on quarterly basis.
Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Ltd
Multi-specialty hospital chain Jupiter Life Line Hospitals’ net profit declined 18.3 per cent to Rs 42.5 crore. At the same time, revenue increased by 9.8 percent to Rs 365.3 crore, which reflects strong hospital demand.
Awfis Space Solutions Ltd
Flexible workspace provider Awfis’ net profit rose 43 per cent to Rs 21.6 crore. Revenue increased by 20 percent to Rs 381.7 crore. EBITDA grew 30 per cent to Rs 139 crore and margins improved to 36 per cent driven by strong demand from enterprise and GCC.
