In the information given to the exchange, the company said that along with the results, the company has declared an interim dividend for its investors. In an exchange filing, the company said it has declared a third interim dividend of Rs 125 for investors for the financial year 2025-26. The company said that the record date for payment of interim dividend has been fixed as February 11, 2026, while the dividend will be paid on or before March 6, 2026.
Page Industries Limited has consistently delivered returns to its investors through dividends and in the last 12 months the company has declared a total equity dividend of approximately Rs 625 per share. During this period, the company has also issued several interim dividends. Earlier, a dividend of Rs 125 per share was given on 19 November 2025 and Rs 150 per share on 13 August 2025.

Page Industries said that the company’s profit in the third quarter of FY 2026 declined by 7.4 percent to Rs 189.5 crore, which was Rs 204.6 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company’s income during the quarter increased by 5.6 percent to Rs 1386.8 crore, which was Rs 1313 crore in the year-ago quarter.

In a regulatory filing, the company said that during the quarter, the company has registered a 5 per cent growth in EBITDA at Rs 318 crore, as against Rs 302.6 crore in the year-ago quarter. Page Industries’ EBITDA margin declined from 23 percent year-on-year to 22.9 percent in the December quarter.
