Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated his new office ‘Seva Tirtha’ today (13 February 2026). PMO will shift from South Block on Raisina Hill to Seva Tirtha from today. Apart from the office of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Seva Teerth will have the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) and Cabinet Secretariat. On this occasion, PM Modi signed important files for the first time in ‘Seva Teerth’. These decisions are filled with the spirit of service and are in the interests of every section of the society i.e. women, youth, farmers and people from weaker sections.
Which files did PM Modi sign?
After shifting to Seva Teerth, the Prime Minister has approved these major decisions first:
1. Approval to start PM Relief Scheme
This scheme will prove to be life saving for every citizen. People injured in road accidents will get cashless treatment up to Rs 1.5 lakh. Its purpose is to ensure that no one dies due to lack of immediate medical help. This decision is a great relief for the youth and common citizens.
2. Lakhpati Didi’s target doubled to Rs 6 crore
The government has already crossed the figure of 3 crore Lakhpati Didi. This was accomplished a year before the original target of March 2027. Now the Prime Minister has set a new ambitious target. Which aims to create 6 crore Lakhpati Didis by March 2029. This will further increase the economic power of rural women.

3. Agricultural Infrastructure Fund doubled to Rs 2 lakh crore
PM Modi has taken a big step to strengthen the farmers. There was a fund of Rs 1 lakh crore for farmers, now it has been increased to Rs 2 lakh crore. This will strengthen the entire value chain of agriculture from production to storage and marketing. Farmers will get better infrastructure, storage and facilities.
4. Rs 10,000 crore corpus for Startup India Fund of Funds 2.0
This scheme has been developed to give new energy to India’s innovation and startup world. Especially the focus will be on deep tech, early stage ideas, advanced manufacturing and breakthrough technology. This will make it easier for the youth to get funding to turn new ideas into reality.
