Kwality Walls share listing, HUL demerger: Shares of Kwality Wall’s (India) Ltd (KWIL), the ice cream unit of India’s leading FMCG company Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), were listed in the stock market on Monday, 16 February. The company’s shares were listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). With this, trading in the shares of Quality Walls started. With this listing, India got a standalone listed ice cream company for the first time.
