The fears that were being expressed about Artificial Intelligence seem to be coming true. AI is no longer limited to just answering questions and now it completes even the most difficult tasks in a jiffy. If we look at the last few months, AI is becoming increasingly advanced, due to which experts have started issuing warnings. Canadian computer scientist Joshua Bengio, known as the Godfather of AI, has said that AI has started to go out of human control.

In view of the rapid advancement in AI, more than 100 researchers including Bengio have said that AI companies should pay more attention to safety. In the recently released 2026 International AI Safety Report, these researchers have said that while creating powerful AI, companies should put safety more than their profits. It has been told in this report that now general use AI models have equal knowledge as PhD-level scientists. There is very little need for human input to make them work. Currently, 700 million people around the world are using advanced AI tools every week and this number is continuously increasing.
Risks are increasing with AI
Experts have warned that risks are also increasing along with AI. Now an increase is being seen in the cases of cyber crime and AI is being used in almost 90 percent of such cases. Similarly, some systems in biotechnology have left humans behind. This will help in preventing diseases, but by misusing it, the risk of developing biological weapons has also increased.
