Government telecom company BSNL, which rules the hearts of users due to its cheap recharge plans, has announced an exciting offer on the occasion of New Year. Under BSNL Carnival Plan, the company is offering 100GB data in recharge plan of Rs 251. This plan is a big blow for companies like Airtel and Jio because no other company is offering 100GB data at such a low price. Let us know what is special in this plan of BSNL.
You are getting so much in BSNL’s Rs 251 plan
BSNL posted on Twitter that in the Rs 251 plan, users are being given 100GB data, unlimited calls and free BiTV entertainment pack with a validity of 30 days. In this, users will get access to more than 400 live television channels with free OTT subscription. This offer started from December 24 and will be applicable till January 31, 2026.
BSNL is giving extra data in this plan
On the occasion of New Year, BSNL has announced to provide extra data in its plans of Rs 225, Rs 347, Rs 485 and Rs 2,399. Earlier, 2GB and 2.5GB data was being given daily in these plans, which has now been increased to 2.5GB instead of 2GB and 3GB instead of 2.5GB without any cost.
Jio-Airtel will not be able to compete
Jio and Airtel do not have any recharge plan to compete with BSNL’s Rs 251 plan. If we talk about Jio, the company is offering a total of 42GB data, unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day with a validity of 28 days in the Rs 299 plan. Talking about Airtel, it offers 28 days validity, 1GB data per day, 100 SMS and unlimited calling in the Rs 299 plan. With this plan, subscription of Perplexity Pro AI is being given free.
