The India AI Impact Summit 2026 going on in New Delhi clearly showcased the power of AI in the field of learning coding. In this five-day summit, which started from February 16, many such AI tools and platforms were showcased, which are making learning coding easy, fun and fast. In this event organized at Bharat Mandapam, the government, companies and startups told that AI is now opening the world of coding not only for programmers but also for beginners, students and non-coders.
Codex is very useful
OpenAI’s Codex was the most discussed. OpenAI’s booth highlighted Codex, which transforms coding with AI. This tool generates complete code by giving commands in natural language – for example, when you say ‘create a website where the user can login’, the complete code of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is generated. Beginners can create apps without memorizing syntax. It was shown in the demo that it also does error fixing, code optimization and debugging. This can increase the speed of students learning coding by 10 times and professional developers also save time.
This AI is education focused
Tech Mahindra’s AI Tutor for Physics and Coding was a big showcase in the education sector. Tech Mahindra showcased an education-focused AI tutor that teaches physics from classes 6 to 12, but with coding integration. It is multilingual. That is, it explains things in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali etc. When students describe the problem, AI gives step-by-step code solution. It was shown in the demo that when asked to make a program which calculates gravity, Python code is available. Explanation is also given along with it. This tool provides personalized learning. If the student makes a mistake, AI guides.
Does coding in Indian languages
Soket AI’s Eka Language Stack is a revolutionary tool for coding in Indian languages. It supports 45+ Indian languages. It was shown in the summit that make an app in Hindi, which when asked to tell the weather, AI generates the complete code. It not only translates but also does reasoning and coding in Indian language. With this, even non-English speakers can learn coding. Soket AI said that it is being developed under the Bharat AI program and will be launched soon.
These tools also made headlines
TCS’s AI Hackathon and No-Code Tools were also much talked about. These include voice-first, multilingual tools that generate code just by listening to the audio. It does not require any kind of coding knowledge and AI guides step-by-step. These tools are no code platforms, which teach problem solving with AI. This makes it easier to learn coding.
Jio Shiksha and AI Shiksha Platforms also provide personalized learning through AI. It has coding modules, in which the AI ​​tutor adjusts the course according to the student’s speed. The demo showed children learning and practicing programming concepts. It is multilingual and focuses on free access.
