AI Impact Summit 2026: America, Russia and China came with India, 88 countries signed the Delhi Manifesto

A total of 88 countries and international organizations have signed the manifesto of the ‘India AI Impact Summit’ held in Delhi, which also includes America, Britain, Canada, China, Denmark, Russia and Germany. Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav gave this information on Saturday (February 21). This reflects the global support received for the summit on the impacts of AI.

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Human Centered AI has been accepted globally. The goal of making AI resources, services and technology available to all sections of the society has been accepted by all countries. He also said that priority is being given to balancing social well-being with economic growth. Vaishnav said, ‘It is important to pay attention not only to economic growth but also to social harmony. Security and trust are at the center of this plan and have been included in the key points.

Emphasis given on innovation in the manifesto

He said that other key areas of the manifesto have also been emphasized on innovation and development of human resources. Union Minister Vaishnav said, ‘All the countries have agreed to work together in all these areas. Most of the countries participating in this conference participated actively in it. These include America, Britain, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Indonesia and Germany. The AI ​​Impact Summit secured investments of over $250 billion for AI-related infrastructure alone.

India’s vision endorsed by 88 countries and international organizations

This declaration has been supported by 86 countries and two international organizations. These include America, China, Britain, Russia, France, Australia, Belgium, Bhutan, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, Japan, Italy, Israel and Ireland. Other countries supporting include Indonesia, Iran, Hungary, Greece, Germany, Finland, Mexico, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Peru, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ukraine.

Apart from this, two international organizations such as European Union (EU) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) have also supported this announcement. Union Minister Shwini Vaishnav had said on Friday (20 February 2026) that more than five lakh people participated in the conference, which shows the strong domestic and global interest and engagement in India’s AI initiative.
