The army is busy eliminating active terrorist modules in Jammu and Kashmir. In this encounter, army personnel have surrounded Jaish’s top terrorist commander Saifullah. According to sources, 2 terrorists have been killed in the encounter.
Security forces were continuously conducting search operations in Chatru area of ​​Kishtwar for the last 15 days. This action was started in the area only after receiving concrete intelligence about the presence of terrorists. Apart from the army personnel, a joint team of Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Central Reserve Police Force CRPF is carrying out this operation.

The White Knight Corps of the Indian Army said in a statement that an encounter is going on between security forces and terrorists in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir. White Knight Corps personnel, along with Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF, in a joint operation, encountered terrorists in Paserkut area of ​​Kishtwar. The firing continues and soldiers have surrounded the area.
There is a possibility of hiding of 2-3 terrorists
According to sources, there was a possibility of 2-3 terrorists hiding near the forests and residential area of ​​Chatru in Kishtwar. There was also news of Saifullah being included among the terrorists surrounded by the army. Let us tell you that Saifullah is a notorious most wanted terrorist, who was on the radar of security agencies for a long time.
The army has completely sealed all the entry and exit points of the area to prevent the terrorists from escaping. Considering the sensitivity of the operation, additional military troops have also been sent to the area. The location of terrorists is being ascertained with the help of advanced drones and sniffers dogs.
