The army is taking vigorous action to eliminate the terrorist module in Jammu and Kashmir. On Sunday (February 22), security personnel killed three terrorists under Operation Trashi-1 in Kishtwar district. Top commander of Jaish has also been killed in the encounter. The operation was carried out jointly by Jammu and Kashmir Police and international intelligence agencies.
Charred body of third terrorist found
The charred body of the third terrorist was found during the ongoing search operation in Kishtwar. Army’s ‘White Knight Corps’ has given this information in a post on Twitter. The post read, As part of the ongoing operation under Operation Trashi-1 in Kishtwar district, CIF (Counter Intelligence Force) Delta, police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel have recovered the charred body and weapons of the third terrorist.
Security forces launched search operation
On Sunday (22 February), there was an encounter between Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists and security forces. According to sources, two terrorists were killed in the encounter, now the charred body of the third terrorist has also been recovered. Let us tell you, for the last 15 days, search operation is being conducted by the security forces in Kishtwar district. Security forces had received input about the presence of terrorists, after which this action started in the area.
Top commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed also killed
According to sources, in the operation of the security forces, the top commander of the banned terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed, Saifullah, who was a notorious most wanted terrorist, was in search of him for a long time. The army completely sealed all the entry and exit points of the area to prevent the terrorists from escaping. Additional military troops were also sent for this important operation. The help of advanced drones and sniffers dogs was also used to locate the terrorists.
