Since 2018, Atiq ur Rehman alias Saifullah was associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed, where first he took Daura-e-Tarbiat training from Madrasa Talim-ur-Quran located in Balakot and then started teaching young children about Jihad in Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Masjid Bab al-Islam located on Kala Bagh-Bagan Road in Abbottabad and became Hafiz Atiq ur Rehman.
