Anurag Singh’s directed war drama Border 2 has performed tremendously at the box office. Even in the fifth week of its release, it printed notes despite tough competition from new films. How much did Border 2 earn on the 35th day?
Border 2 has already earned the tag of the first Bollywood hit of the year by performing brilliantly. Its earnings continue even after a month of release. Interestingly, in the fifth week, this patriotic film had to compete with many new films like Mardaani 3, Assi, Do Deewane Shehr Mein, O’Romeo and Tu Ya Main, but the Sunny Deol starrer managed to retain its place by drawing the audience to the theatre. However, the collections of Border 2 have declined and the film is now earning lakhs. On the 34th day (fifth Wednesday) the film had earned approximately Rs 0.20 crore, i.e. Rs 20 lakh.
- According to the early trend report of Sacknilk, Border 2 has earned Rs 18 lakh on the 35th day of its release i.e. 5th Thursday.
- After this, the net earning of Border 2 in India for 35 days has now become Rs 326.88 crore.
Border 2 will cost Rs 350 crores
Although the earnings of Border 2 have decreased but it has remained stable at the box office. Now, if its earnings increase on the sixth weekend, then it can come close to touching the figure of Rs 350 crores, although it does not seem possible to achieve this number. It remains to be seen how this film performs on the sixth weekend.
