He said that ‘Naina’s character in the film was the biggest attraction for me. From outside she looked perfect and happy but inside she was very lonely and emotionally broken. This journey of mine has been shown in depth in the film. Portraying the outer perfection and inner turmoil was both challenging and exciting for me as an actor.

Sandeepa also praised the story of the film. He said that after a long time such a love story has come which is different from ordinary films. This is the story of two people who understand their weaknesses, accept them and then move forward by adopting each other. According to him, such stories are rarely seen where the hero and heroine choose each other despite their shortcomings.

After the release of the film, Sandeepa is very happy and satisfied. He said, ‘After the release of the film, I feel very good because it has turned out exactly as I had imagined. My character has also emerged in the same way. When your expectations are fulfilled, you get a different kind of satisfaction. I knew that my confrontation scene with Mrinal in the second half, if done properly, would become a highlight and that is exactly what happened. Many people praised that scene and also related to it.

The film is directed by Ravi Udaywar while Prerna Singh, Umesh Kumar Bansal and Bharat Kumar are producing it along with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Sandeepa told that being a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production was a special experience for her because his visual vision is very strong. He also said that the beauty of Mumbai and Uttarakhand has been shown in a very wonderful way in the film.
