These two tools will be available in the feature
In this feature, two new tools will be available named ‘Add Object’ and ‘Reimagine’. In Ad Object, users will be able to insert AI-generated items in any scene taken from the shorts. YouTube says that this feature will work on clips up to 8 seconds. This will allow creators to add visual twists to their videos without the help of any third-party apps.
The second tool will be to reimagine. It will be able to convert one frame of shorts into a completely new AI-generated video. To use it, the user will get suggested prompts and if the user wants, he will be able to get the video generated by writing his own prompt. The user will also have the option to upload two photos for reference. This tool will be useful for those creators who want to create some new content from a single scene of the short.
The video will be linked to the original shorts
All the videos created with the help of this feature will be linked to the original shorts, so that it can be known who is the source creator. At the same time, if a creator wants that such remixed videos are not made from his shorts, he can disable the standard remixing option on his content. Right now this feature is being tested. If it is successful then it can be rolled out for creators of other languages ​​besides English.
