‘American troops will enter Iran…’, Donald Trump said after causing devastation in Tehran, warned of a world war

A big statement from US President Donald Trump has come out amidst the ongoing attacks on Iran. He said that he is not ruling out sending American troops to Iran if needed. He said that the war is going ahead of schedule.

‘Will not hesitate to send army’

According to the New York Post report, Trump said that he would not hesitate to send ground troops to Iran if needed. He said Operation Epic Fury was running “well ahead of schedule” after killing dozens of top Tehran officials. Trump also added in his statement that every President says that troops will not be sent on the ground, but I do not say so.

‘The war may end soon’

Earlier, while talking to Daily Mail on Sunday (March 1), Trump had said that the war could drag on for about four weeks, but in an interview given to The Post on Monday (March 2), he has indicated that now the war could end soon. Trump said, ‘It will be over very quickly / We are absolutely on schedule, in terms of leadership, we are well ahead of schedule. 49 people died and we had estimated that it would take at least four weeks, but we did it in a single day.

The decision to attack was taken after the Geneva meeting – Trump

Trump also said he was not worried that Iran would use terrorism to avenge the weekend attack. Partly due to intelligence that Iran was secretly resuming work on nuclear projects. He said, ‘We had very serious talks, and they got to that point, but then they backed off.’
