Pakistan Afghanistan: Fierce conflict on Durand Line, Afghan army destroyed 7 posts of Pakistan

The Afghan army has strengthened its hold on the Nangarhar-Khyber Torkham border. After crossing the Durand Line in the early hours of Tuesday morning and destroying 7 posts of Pakistani Army and killing the soldiers present there, the Afghan Army on Wednesday sent special troops of 205 Al Badr Corps towards Torkham Border.

While on one hand these troops are destroying the Pakistani posts on top of the hill near the Torkham border, on the other hand, more than 100 armed soldiers of the Afghan Army are present at the gate of Pakistan-Afghanistan Torkham border, who are targeting Pakistani soldiers on sight.

On Wednesday morning at 10 am, while on one hand the Afghan Army destroyed the Pakistani Army posts in Landi Kotal sector near Torkham border by firing shells with artillery and rocket launchers, on the other hand around 10.30 pm a Pakistani Army soldier standing at the gate of Torkham border was killed by an Afghan Army sniper.

Torkham border on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border is the most important border from where the financial business of Pakistan and Afghanistan is also carried out and at this place Pakistan’s army was in large numbers but in the last 7 days, Afghan soldiers forced the Pakistani army to leave this important border and retreat and according to the information, Pakistani soldiers have gone 6 kilometers away from Torkham Gate to save their lives.

Afghan army captures 8 security posts
Here, on Tuesday, the Defense Ministry had issued a statement on behalf of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Giving information in this, Deputy Spokesperson Sediqullah Nusrat said that the Afghan Army has captured eight security posts ruled by Pakistan’s military. Of these, five posts have been captured in Kandahar, two in Khost and one in Zabul. Clashes are continuing from both sides.
