It is being told that this flat has been sold for around Rs 18.5 crore. He got this apartment after redevelopment of his old building. After this deal, Preity Zinta has once again become a topic of discussion in the property market of Mumbai. According to the property registration documents, this flat is located in the famous Pali Hill of Bandra area of Mumbai. This area is counted among the most expensive and preferred areas of Mumbai, where many film stars and big businessmen live.
Preeti sold 1,770 square feet apartment
Sources close to Preity Zinta had told Hindustan Times Real Estate in December 2025 that this apartment is of about 1,770 square feet and is built on the 11th floor of the building. This property has been purchased by Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, who are said to be American citizens of Indian origin. The registration of this property has been completed on 2 March 2026. Let us tell you, the building in which this flat is located was quite old and was later redeveloped. During redevelopment, old flat owners are given a new apartment in the new building. Meanwhile, Preity Zinta also got this new flat. It is said that the redevelopment work of the building was done by Keystone Realtors i.e. Rustomji.
Deal made for 2 apartments in 4 months
Even before this, Preity Zinta had sold another flat in the same building. According to reports, in November 2025, he had sold another apartment on the 11th floor of the same building for more than Rs 14 crore. The area of that flat was said to be approximately 1,474 square feet. This is his second property deal within the last four months. In such a situation, the question is also arising whether Preity Zinta is planning to buy any new and big property in Mumbai? Last year, it was also said in some reports that she can re-invest the money received from this sale in a new and luxury property in Mumbai, which can cost around Rs 100 crore. However, no official statement has come from Preity Zinta’s side.
