Many users complain that they are hearing the message that the dialed number has been switched off even when the other user’s phone is on, while some users say that the caller is hearing the ringtone, but the call is not received on the receiver’s phone.

The company has also installed 4G devices on telecom towers, but there are some flaws in it. To remove these, the company is once again testing the network so that this flaw can be removed.
