Every infiltrator from Kedarnath to Kanyakumari will be out, names will be removed from the voter list – Amit Shah

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah addressed the crowd present at the ‘Jan Jan Ki Sarkar, 4 Saal Bemisaal’ program at Bairagi Camp in Haridwar on Saturday. Starting his address with the Uttarakhand State Movement, Amit Shah said that the youth of Uttarakhand had to take to the streets to save their identity, culture as well as to protect their rights, but for this they had to face violence like the Rampur Tiraha incident.

He said that after this, after the formation of BJP government at the Centre, the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee decided to create states like Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh along with Uttarakhand. Today these three states are moving on the path of rapid development. Shah said that he had said that Atal ji had created Uttarakhand, now Modi ji will do the work of beautifying it. In this sequence, the period from 2017 to 2026 has been dedicated to the development of Uttarakhand.

Uttarakhand is on the path of development at double the speed – Shah

Amit Shah said that in the last four years, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has worked to selectively eliminate all the problems of Uttarakhand. Due to this, Uttarakhand is now moving on the path of development at double the speed. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the work of changing the 150 years old laws made by the British, all the provisions of the new judicial code will be fully implemented in 2028. After this, in any case, after the FIR is registered in the police station, it will take a maximum of three years for the decision to reach the Supreme Court. He called it the world’s most modern and scientific judicial code.

Congratulating the refugees who got Indian citizenship under the CAA law, Amit Shah said that Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist and Jain refugees coming from Pakistan, Afghanistan have as much right on this country as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has. But till now due to the appeasement policy he was deprived of Indian citizenship. These refugees have come to India to save the honor of their religion and family, therefore, despite any opposition from anyone, they will remain firm on the decision of granting Indian citizenship to such people.

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done many historical works like abolishing Article 370, making CAA law, building Ram temple in Ayodhya after five and a half hundred years, reconstruction of Badrinath-Kedarnath, Mahakal Lok and Kashi Vishwanath Corridor.

Infiltrators will be out from Kedarnath to Kanyakumari- Shah

Praising Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for removing encroachment from 10 thousand acres of government land in Uttarakhand, Amit Shah said that the government is working with determination to drive out each and every infiltrator from the country from Kedarnath to Kanyakumari. He also praised Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for implementing UCC and said that UCC will work to stop the unnatural change in demography. Referring to the SIR, the Union Home Minister said that the name of someone who is not a citizen of India should be removed from the voter list. To protect democracy, it is necessary to keep the voter list pure.

Central assistance increased for Uttarakhand- Shah

Amit Shah said that between 2004 and 2014, Uttarakhand received only Rs 54 thousand crore from the Central Government, whereas since then Uttarakhand has received Rs 1 lakh 87 thousand crore from the Centre, apart from this, work is also going on in Uttarakhand on Allweather Road, Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor, Rail, Road and projects worth thousands of crores of rupees with the help of the Central Government. He said that in 2014, the per capita income of Uttarakhand was Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand, which has now increased to Rs 2 lakh 60 thousand. GSDAP has also increased from Rs 1 lakh 50 thousand crore to Rs 3 lakh 50 thousand crore.

The country is writing new stories of development and good governance – CM Dhami

During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of Home Minister Amit Shah, in the year 2022, the people of Uttarakhand broke all the myths and blessed the government again with an overwhelming majority. He said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, the dream of One India, Best India has been realized by removing Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. By implementing the Citizenship Amendment Act, the Hindu refugees who had been neglected for years were given the right to respect and security. Through three new laws including the Indian Judicial Code, the justice system has been made in accordance with the Indian soul.

The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of the Home Minister, terrorism and Naxalism have been effectively curbed in the country. The areas where there used to be unrest and fear are today establishing new dimensions of development. Hoisting the tricolor at Lal Chowk in Kashmir was once considered a challenge, today the tricolor is flying there with pride and respect. The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of the Home Minister, the country is also making unprecedented progress in the field of cooperation. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the slogan of Sanatan is echoing in all directions. A grand Shri Ram temple is being constructed in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Mahakal Lok, Badrinath Dham and Kedarnath Dham are being rebuilt in Ujjain. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister for sanctioning Rs 500 crore by the Center for the Kumbh to be organized in Haridwar. He said that the upcoming Kumbh will definitely be an Kumbh that will increase the pride of Sanatan.
