Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy gave an emotional and powerful address at the Dawat-e-Iftar event organized at LB Stadium in Hyderabad during the holy month of Ramzan, which touched the hearts of everyone present there. Speaking directly from the heart to the Muslim community, the Chief Minister said that this government is their own government and he is their brother.
In his address, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said, ‘This government is yours. I am your brother. We all will together try to take Telangana state forward. Your prayers are very important for this government. These words of his created a deep emotional wave among the people present and the entire stadium echoed with thunderous applause.
What did the Chief Minister say about global unrest?
The Chief Minister also spoke directly and openly on global unrest and attempts to disturb communal harmony in the country. He said, ‘Today you people are seeing how the situation is in the world, whatever war is going on today, from one side, even in India, some people keep trying to create fire among themselves, but we do not have to fall into that trap.’ This statement is being seen as a clear and bold message in the current political and social environment.

Referring to the sanctity of Ramzan and Islamic teachings, the Chief Minister said, ‘The month of Ramzan is a very holy month. In this month you people should offer namaz five times, do good deeds and read the Quran. By reading the Quran which Mohammed Sahib gave us, you people pray to do good and to save this entire country and this world.
Concluding his speech, the Chief Minister said, ‘Today this world is being saved due to your prayers. You people and we all will work together for the progress of this country. His address elevated the Iftar event from merely a religious event into a historic platform for national unity and social harmony.
