Heat Wave Alert! The mercury crossed 43 degrees in these states including UP-MP; Know how the weather will be in the coming days

Weather Report: On Sunday, the scorching heat broke records in many parts of the country. The temperature reached above 43 degrees Celsius at many places in Vidarbha, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The highest temperature of 45 degrees was recorded in Akola and Wardha. In many areas including Varanasi, Nagpur and Raisen, the temperature crossed 44 degrees.

Heat wave will hit these cities of the country
Here, in its forecast released by IMD, there is a possibility of severe heat wave. According to the information, there is a possibility of heat wave at some places in West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh on 19th and 20th, in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Eastern Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh during 19th to 23rd, in Jharkhand on 20th and 21st, in Western Uttar Pradesh during 20th to 22nd, in Western Rajasthan during 20th to 23rd and in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Odisha during 21st to 23rd April.

How will the weather be in north-western India?
According to IMD, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds (speed up to 30-50 km per hour) in Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad on April 19 and Himachal Pradesh on April 19, apart from this in Uttarakhand on April 19 and 20.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds (speed up to 30-40 km per hour) in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on April 19. There is a possibility of lightning in western Rajasthan on April 19.

North-East India Light to moderate rain

According to IMD, light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and gusty winds (speed up to 30-50 kmph) is likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya during April 19-23 and over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura during April 19-22.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Assam and Meghalaya during 19-21 April and in Arunachal Pradesh on 19 April. There is a possibility of very heavy rain in Arunachal Pradesh on 20th and 21st April.

Thunder, lightning and strong wind expected in eastern India

According to IMD, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and gusty winds (speed up to 30-50 kmph) over Bihar on April 19, over Odisha, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during April 19-23, and over Jharkhand on April 20 and 21. There is a possibility of strong winds (speed 50-60 km per hour, gusts up to 70 km per hour) along with thunderstorms in Bihar on April 23. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on April 19.

Chances of thunder and lightning in Central India

According to IMD, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds (speed up to 30-40 km per hour) in Western Madhya Pradesh on April 19 and in Chhattisgarh during April 19-22.

Strong wind and lightning expected in western India
According to IMD, isolated light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and gusty winds (speed up to 30-40 kmph) is likely over Coastal Maharashtra during April 19-21, and over Central Maharashtra and Marathwada during April 19-23. There is a possibility of hailstorm at isolated places in Central Maharashtra and Marathwada on April 19.

There will be humidity in South India
According to IMD, there is a strong possibility of hot and humid weather in some areas of Kerala and Mahe on 19th and 20th, in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Coastal Karnataka during 19th to 23rd, and in West Bengal adjacent to Ganga during 20th to 25th April.
