These days, Medha Shankar is in the news for her upcoming film Jinny Weds Sunny 2. This film depicts the story of a bubbly girl from Delhi and a shy boy from a small town. The film focuses on the difficulties of arranged marriage.
Now recently, during an interview, the actress talked about people who get attracted towards each other despite having different personalities.
Medha Shankar said this about marriage
In an interview given to News18, Medha said, ‘Yes, I believe so. If two people have different personalities, then there can be attraction between them. But, their values should be the same. It is known that when Medha’s film 12th Fail was a hit, people had given her the tag of national crush. But, even after becoming the national crush, the actress did not get a single proposal.

Medha told in the interview that before she failed in 12th, her relatives often used to bring her relatives. He wanted the actress to meet the boys and have an arranged marriage. Medha said, ‘Earlier he used to talk about this again and again. He did not think that I would be successful in my career. He thought that acting was just my hobby and after four years I would return home.

The actress further said, ‘After 12th failure, everything changed in my life. Relatives started feeling that my career is progressing somewhere. That’s why now no one brings marriage relations for me.’
Medha further said that her family always supports her and does not create pressure regarding marriage. Medha said, ‘My father never put pressure on me regarding marriage. I consider myself lucky in this matter. Yes, they definitely say that you should marry the right person at the right time. They understand that my work is more important at the moment. There is still time for marriage, but in future I will definitely get married.
