This year, 18 startups got listed in the market – including big names like Lenskart, Grow, Meesho and Physicswala. These startups together raised more than Rs 41,000 crore. Compared with 2024, startups had raised about Rs 29,000 crore from the primary market that year.

The online investment platform raised Rs 6,632 crore through a public offer. The issue price was Rs 100 and the listing took place at Rs 112. This is a 12% premium on each share.
Pine Labs IPO
The fintech company raised Rs 3,900.17 crore from the IPO. Issue price ₹221, listing ₹242 – around 10% premium.
Lenskart IPO
The omni-channel eyewear retailer raised Rs 7,278.02 crore in its much-hyped IPO. The company had kept the target price of its IPO shares at Rs 402, while the listing took place at Rs 395. This is approximately a 2% discount.
HDB Financial Services IPO
Leading private bank HDFC Bank Company raised Rs 12,500 crore before listing. The issue price was ₹740 and the shares were listed at ₹835. That means 13% premium.
LG Electronics India IPO
The company raised about Rs 11,607 crore. Under the IPO, shares worth Rs 1,140 were listed at ₹ 1,710.10. This is about 50% premium.
The e-commerce platform raised Rs 5,421.2 crore. Issue price ₹111, listing ₹162.5 — about 46% premium.
Physicswala IPO
Edtech company raises Rs 3,480 crore from Indian Bar. The issue price was ₹109 and the listing happened at ₹145. Investors got about 33% premium on each share.
ICICI Prudential Asset Management IPO
The company raised Rs 10,602.65 crore. ICICI Bank major had fixed the share price at Rs 2,165, while the listing took place at around ₹2,600. This is approximately a 20% premium.
