Every day, fake pictures of someone or the other created by AI keep going viral on social media. Now even big celebs have started falling prey to it. This time South actress Srileela has become a victim of obscene photos. Some personal pictures of the actress are seen going viral on social media, about which she said that they are not hers.
The actress has revealed this by sharing a post on social media. Srileela wrote in her post, ‘I am saying this with folded hands in front of all of you and want to tell every social media user not to support fake nonsense made by any kind of AI.
Don’t misuse technology
There is a big difference between using and abusing. If technology is increasing, then it is happening to make life easier, not to spoil it, this is my understanding. Every girl in the world is someone’s daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend or partner, even if she chooses art as her profession.
We are part of an industry that believes in spreading happiness, that too with the confidence that the environment we are in is safe for us. A lot of things are happening online and I am aware of all of them, but sometimes due to tight schedules, I am not able to watch things, but I thank my friends and well wishers for bringing these things to my notice.
I have always taken things with a pinch of salt and lived my own world. But for me this is very disappointing. This incident has also happened with some of my friends. I trust my audience with grace and dignity. I ask you all to stand with us. Authorities will start their work from here now.
