His allegation was that the proposed trade deal with America is against the interests of farmers and the general public and America will get one-sided benefit from it.

Uday Bhanu Chib said that peaceful protest is the right of every citizen in a democracy and Youth Congress is using this right. He clarified that the organization is not against organizing the AI ​​Summit, but against policy decisions that compromise India’s interests.

Issue of interests of farmers and youth

He raised the question that when the interests of farmers are being compromised, anti-India trade agreements are being made and the youth are being entangled in the politics of hatred amidst unemployment, then one should remain silent. He said that this country has 140 crore citizens and the government will have to remain accountable to the people.

The Youth Congress President alleged that protests on the streets are prevented and social media posts against the government are removed under the guise of IT rules. In such a situation, the options for opposition voices are becoming limited. He said that compromise with India’s interests will not be accepted at any cost and Youth Congress will continue to raise its voice in future also.

At the end of his address, Uday Bhanu Chib said that if he knows how to follow the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi, then he also takes inspiration from the courage of Bhagat Singh.
