T20 World Cup Semi Final Teams List: The four semi-final teams of the 2026 T20 World Cup have been revealed. On Sunday, the Indian team registered a historic 5-wicket victory over the West Indies at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Sanju Samson played a memorable inning of 97 runs, taking Team India to the semi-finals. India is the fourth country, which has made it to the semi-finals. Here are the four semi-finalists – India, South Africa, England, New Zealand
Before India, South Africa, England and New Zealand had secured their place in the semi-finals. India and South Africa have made it to the last-4 from the first group of Super-8, while England and New Zealand have made it to the last-4 from the second group.
South Africa and England made it to the semi-finals by topping their respective groups. Team India got entry by defeating West Indies by 5 wickets. In these, New Zealand’s entry into the last-4 took place when Pakistan could not defeat Sri Lanka by a margin of 65 runs or more in the Super-8 match.
With whom will India match?
The first semi-final match of the 2026 T20 World Cup will be played between South Africa and New Zealand on March 4. This match will be played at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
The second semi-final match will be between India and England. This match will be played on March 5 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
