In which it was written that Dhawan’s first wife Ayesha had told him that no girl would marry him.
Dhawan’s reply on fake post
In the post going viral on social media, an attempt was made to show that Dhawan has given a disappointing statement regarding his previous relationship. However, he immediately reacted to this and made it clear that this statement is completely wrong and he has not said anything like that.
Dhawan wrote on his official social media account that he has never considered his past a burden, whether it is related to the cricket field or personal life. He said that he always believes in positive thinking and respects his past. He appealed to people not to misuse his name just for clicks and views and avoid spreading falsehoods.

Recently, Shikhar Dhawan married his long time partner Sophie Shine in a private ceremony in Delhi-NCR. His close friends and family members attended the ceremony. This marriage is being seen as a new beginning in his life.
Earlier in October 2023, Dhawan got divorced from his first wife Ayesha Mukherjee. During this relationship, she also had to face a legal battle regarding the custody of her son Zorawar.
