Star Plus is soon going to launch its new show ‘Mr. and Mrs. Parshuram’ to strengthen its prime time fiction lineup. This family drama full of suspense and intrigue will be seen connecting ordinary domestic life and a dangerous secret world.
The released promo gives a glimpse of the story, where Neil Bhatt will be seen in a double role, on one hand Shivprasad, a responsible husband, and on the other hand Parashuram, a secret spy. Neil shared his excitement about this special role and told how challenging and interesting the experience of playing so many different characters has been for him.
Shivprasad is a common man, who is married and has two children. His wife’s name is Shalini. On the other hand, Parashuram is a spy, and Shalini has no idea that her husband is leading a double life as a secret agent.
Neil Bhatt told how he shot the promo
Neil Bhatt also shared his excitement while talking about his character and the entire experience. He said, “What I liked the most in this show is the dual nature of Shivprasad, within whom Parashuram resides. During the shooting of the promo, we decided that inside the house he would be like Ram, calm, patient and dedicated and in the outside world, Parashuram would be strong, fearless and decision-making. This thinking became the foundation of my performance.”
Talking about Shivprasad, Neel said, “Shivprasad is a complete family man. His family is his primary concern, and he bows only before his wife and children. No matter what the circumstances are, there is never any doubt in his love and loyalty. Playing this emotional depth made me feel more connected to the character.”
Neil Bhatt did all the stunts himself
Talking further about Parashuram, he said, “Parashuram is a fearless spy. Because of my background in action and martial arts, I was able to perform all the stunts myself, which made this experience even more special and satisfying for me.” He further added, “I wouldn’t call it a challenge, but it is extremely fascinating. Playing two completely different personalities in the same character is what makes this journey exciting, and I am thoroughly enjoying every moment of it.” Watch ‘Mr & Mrs Parashuram’ every night from 3rd February at 8:30 pm only on Star Plus.
