Due to the ongoing war between America and Iran, ships of many countries could not cross the Strait of Hormuz, but two Indian ships were given passage. One of these Shivalik ships reached India on Monday (16 March) carrying LPG gas. Now unloading of LPG gas will be done from the Shivalik ship that has reached Mundra Port in Gujarat. The important thing is that problems have started in the country due to gas.

Shivalik reached Mundra Port at around 5 pm on Monday. About 46 thousand metric tons of gas is loaded on this LPG carrier, which is equivalent to 32.4 lakh domestic cylinders. This ship was also stuck on the Strait of Hormuz, but a way was found on 14 March. Its coming to India amid the ongoing war in the Middle East is a great relief.
