Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale said that after decades of independence, India is getting a golden opportunity to regain global respect. He said that as long as the society remains united in the Hindu spirit, no power in the world can destroy the country.

Referring to the sacrifices of ancestors in protecting Hindu religion, culture and society, he said that despite the challenges of other countries, India is making rapid progress in technology, science and economic development.

India is progressing rapidly – Hosabale
According to ANI, while addressing a gathering in Jaipur on Saturday, Hosabale said, “You all know how courageously our ancestors sacrificed to protect this Hindu land, Hindu religion, culture and society. After so many decades of independence, India is getting a golden opportunity to regain respect in other countries around the world. We are experiencing it. Many countries of the world can be ahead in technology, science, industry and economic prosperity. India is also making progress in these areas.”

He further said that some other countries may also try to suppress and crush us but as long as this nation, this society, remains united in the Hindu spirit, no one in the world will have the power to destroy India. A similar call for ‘Hindu unity’ was also recently reiterated by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, in which he said that the Hindu society needs to be “vigilant”, although he also said that they face “no threat” from anyone.

‘The process of returning home should be fast’
Speaking at a social harmony meeting at Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow, Mohan Bhagwat expressed concern over the declining Hindu population. He called for stopping conversions motivated by greed and coercion. He said that the process of repatriation should be expedited and we should take care of those returning to Hinduism.

‘It is necessary to send back the infiltrators’
Expressing concern over the increasing infiltration, he said that infiltrators should be detected, eliminated and deported and they should not be given employment. He said that we are all sons of the same country, the same motherland. As humans we are all one. There was a time when there was no discrimination, but with time discrimination has become a habit, which has to be uprooted.
