Bangladesh Prime Minister Tariq Rahman took oath as the new Prime Minister of Bangladesh on Tuesday (17 February). Rahman is going to take command of the country for the first time. He replaced interim government chief Mohammad Yunus. The new Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Tariq Rahman has also appointed many of his advisors. He has been appointed as Advisor of the rank equivalent to Minister and Minister of State. There are 5 advisors each of ministerial and state rank.

Tariq Rahman became the 11th Prime Minister of Bangladesh
Tariq Rahman has taken oath as the 11th Prime Minister of Bangladesh. His party BNP had won a landslide victory in the general elections. Apart from Tariq Rehman, the cabinet of the new government also took oath. In which Dr. Khalilur Rehman will be appointed as the Foreign Minister, Salahuddin Ahmed as the Home Minister, Dr. Amir Khasru Mahmood as the Finance and Planning Minister, Shama Obaid as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
