The matter started from the video itself

To put an end to these rumours, Netanyahu posted another video, for which different reactions are being seen.
Grok called the cafe video a deepfake.
Netanyahu had posted a video on March 15, in which he was standing in a cafe sipping coffee. Other people can also be seen with him in the video. In this, Netanyahu is also showing his hand. The cafe from where Netanyahu drank coffee has also shared his photo on its social media account. In reply to his video, a user asked Grok whether this video is real? In response, Grok said that this is a deepfake video.

Grok said about Netanyahu’s video that it is an AI generated deepfake video. It has been posted as a satire from Netanyahu’s official accounts. In this, the same level of coffee, mismatch of lip sync etc. shows that it is fake.
