Tamil Nadu News: 37-year-old Pushpa, who lives in Senthil Nagar Annex 2 Street, Ramapuram, Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, had ideological differences with her husband for the last few years. Because of this she was living separately from him for the last 10 years.
Pushpa has a 16 year old daughter. That’s why she was living in that house with her daughter and relatives. Meanwhile, Pushpa met 34-year-old tailor Karthik, resident of Sri Devi Kuppam, Maduravayal. This friendship gradually turned into a relationship beyond marriage. Because of this, Kartik used to visit Pushpa’s house often. On the night of the incident, Karthik had come to Pushpa’s house as usual. It is being told that both of them went to the terrace of the house and were talking alone.
Karthik brutally attacks Pushpa
At that time there was an argument between them and it turned into a big fight. In this argument, Karthik got angry and brutally attacked Pushpa. In this, Pushpa got seriously injured and fell unconscious on the spot and died. Kartik ran away from there after committing the murder.
Next morning Pushpa’s daughter went to the terrace. Then she saw her mother lying dead, with serious injuries on her face and hands and bleeding, due to which she was shocked and screamed. Hearing the noise, people nearby immediately informed Ramapuram police.
Police arrested the accused
On receiving the information, the police took Pushpa’s body into custody and sent it to Kilpauk Government Hospital. Preliminary police investigation confirmed that Pushpa was murdered. Ramapuram police registered a case in connection with this incident and were actively searching for the absconding relative Karthik. Later the police arrested him and are interrogating him thoroughly.
