The Supreme Court has asked the Central Government to make a compensation policy for the serious health harm caused to people by the Covid vaccine. The court has also said that the existing system of monitoring the side effects of the vaccine should continue. Its data should be made public from time to time. However, the court did not accept the demand for formation of a separate expert committee. The court said that the Center has already made arrangements for monitoring.
