Clean Max Enviro has fixed the price band for its IPO at Rs 1000 to Rs 1053 per share. The lot size for one application is 14. A retail investor can invest a minimum of Rs 14,742 (for 14 shares). For sNII there are 14 lots i.e. 196 shares, worth Rs 2,06,388, and for bNII it is 68 lots i.e. 952 shares, worth Rs 10,02,456.

With a price band of Rs 1053, the estimated listing price of this IPO is Rs 1057 (cap price + today’s GMP). The estimated percentage profit/loss per share is 0.38 per cent. Whereas in this IPO GMP has gone up to Rs 14.

According to the CRISIL report, Clean Max Enviro is India’s largest commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy provider by March 31, 2025. As of July 31, 2025, we have operational, owned and managed capacity of 2.54 GW and additional contracted capacity of 2.53 GW is underway.
Its core offerings include supply of renewable power, providing energy services and providing carbon credit solutions. We serve a wide variety of customers, including technology customers and conventional C&I customers. The company’s expertise includes energy contracting, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and operation and maintenance (O&M) of renewable energy plants (solar, wind and hybrid).
