According to this report, many changes have been made in the film and many scenes have been cut and replaced with other scenes. Due to this, the runtime of Dhurandhar 2 has reduced in India. According to the certification information, this film has received ‘A’ rating and its final runtime in India is 3 hours, 49 minutes and 36 seconds. The version that was sent to CBFC was approximately 3 hours and 51 minutes long. The board has made further cuts of about 1.3 minutes in the film, after which the runtime of the film is now more than 6 minutes less than the version released abroad. The runtime of the version released abroad was approximately 3 hours and 55 minutes.

- According to the certification report, a total of 21 major changes were suggested in the film, out of which 4 changes were related to scenes with extreme violence.
- These scenes included “gouging out eyes,” “beheading and kicking,” “hitting the head with a cement block,” and “hitting the head with a hammer,” which have been removed from the film.
