Government engineering company Engineers India Ltd (EIL) has informed after the stock market closed on Tuesday, February 17, that the company’s board meeting will be held on February 26, 2026. The company said that the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 will be considered and approved in the board meeting. The company has fixed March 6, 2026 as the record date for the proposed second interim dividend.
