Real estate sector company announces dividend, see record date and payment date
Real estate sector giant Oberoi Realty on Monday announced the results of its third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2025-26. Along with the results, the company has also announced dividend for its investors. However, due to no major increase in profits and declining margins, this stock was badly hit in the stock market today.
20% dividend gift for investors
The board of Oberoi Realty has approved the third interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company has declared a dividend of 20% i.e. ₹2 per share with face value of ₹10.

Record Date: The company has fixed the record date for this dividend as 23 January 2026. That means, only those who have shares till this date will get the dividend.
Payment Date: The company said that the dividend will be paid on or before February 5, 2026.
Oberoi Realty Q3 results
The quarterly results of the company were not very encouraging as expected, the effect of which was also visible on the share price today.
Net Profit (PAT): The company’s net profit in the December quarter stood at ₹622.6 crore, which is just 0.7% more than the same quarter last year (₹618.3 crore).
Revenue: The company’s total income increased by 5.8% year-on-year to ₹ 1,493 crore, from ₹ 1,411 crore last year.
Operating Profit (EBITDA): Operating profit remained almost flat at ₹857.2 crore. However, EBITDA margins saw a major decline. It has come down to 57.4% from 60.7% last year. Investors did not like this decline of 330 basis points in margin.
Huge fall in shares!
After the results, heavy selling was seen in Oberoi Realty shares in the market today. By market close, the company’s shares closed at ₹1530 with a huge fall of 7.37%.
