In an exchange filing, the company has said that its wholly owned subsidiary Dixon Display Technologies Pvt Ltd (DDTPL) will be converted into a joint venture. Dixon Technologies will hold 74% stake in it, while Chinese company HKC Overseas will hold 26% equity.
