EA Server Down: Electronic Arts’ server went down on Thursday, due to which gamers are facing problems. Due to servers being down, gamers from many countries are not able to use online games and other services. Gamers say that they are facing problems in logging into their accounts, joining matches and maintaining connection while playing games. Gamers are complaining about this on social media.
Gamers are facing these problems
According to DownDetector, a website that monitors internet outages, most of the users are facing issues in connectivity. About 54 percent of the users who reported the outage reported an issue with the server connection. While about 18 percent users have reported gameplay disruption, 16 percent have reported log-in related problems. Gamers say that due to server down, EA FC Ultimate Team has been affected the most.
Awaiting the company’s response
Till now, there has been no response from EA regarding the reasons for the server being down, nor has it been told when this problem will be fixed. However, some users have said that the service has been restored, but this problem has not been completely fixed.
YouTube was also down
Like EA server, YouTube service was also down yesterday. Crores of users in many countries including America were affected by this. YouTube app, YouTube Music and YouTube Kids were also affected by the server down. Due to this, YouTube was not being loaded on people’s mobiles and an error message of ‘Something went wrong’ was visible. Later YouTube said that this problem was occurring due to a technical glitch in the video recommendation system.
